To be honest, I am not real sure what this is, it looks so different to me, I don't think I've ever seen a quarter look this way!  However, it sounds like a quarter when I drop it on my table and it weighs 5.5-5.6 g. I have read that this is within the correct weight. Well, I hope someone who knows more about coins can tell me, exactly what this is, and why it looks the way, it does. It just looks solid black or very dark gray in person.  It would be much appreciated.  I don't want to list something that may not be what I think it is, and I have had so much trouble trying to get my items appraised!  Please judge for yourself.
