Does not come with a box. It works with a new battery! Only thing wrong is that the clasp is not clasping closed, so I think its missing something to close or its broken. I took pictures of it, so hope that helps you diagnose how to fix it. It does come with extra band pieces to make it bigger! Looks In great condition. No scratches or cracks on face! There are scratches and wear on clasp.
