The Teak Persian Cat Family

The Teak Persian Cat family were first introduced into the Sylvanian Range in 2015 in Japan, with a UK release in 2016. They are the second Persian Cat family introduced into the range, following the Persis Cat family which were released into the UK range. At the end of 2015, the Persis Cat family were retired from the Sylvanian range, making the Teak family the only Persian Cat family. Their fur is similar to the Persis family, although slightly softer to the touch. The auntie figure came with the Boutique building, while the cousin figure came with a make-up table. I have given the auntie and cousin names and biographies, as they are classed as the mother and sister in the actual Sylvanian range. A Christmas Teak sister was also released into the Sylvanian range in Japan in 2015, wearing a very festive costume.
