I told myself I wasn't going to buy anymore teacups, but I ended up buying this and one other hand painted cups and saucers at an estate sale as I just thought the owner's great grandmother had great taste and was such a good artist!  I love this little set and while it's waiting to go to your home, it's on display in my kitchen.  The only thing wrong with it is the crack in the middle of the saucer (see photos). The crack is not really noticeable except when you look at the bottom.  It is stable, but could absorb liquid, so this would be hand wash and dry only. Also the maroon accent on the saucer has come off a bit on five of the eight accents.

We ship using all recycled materials, so please let us know if this is a gift and we will try to upgrade the packing.

We try to keep our shipping costs to the actual cost of sending you your item.  In the case that their is a significant difference, we'll try to refund that to you if it's in your favor.

Please note that should something go awry with the shipping regarding breakage or damage, we'll need you to hold onto both the packaging and the item itself so we can process an insurance claim for you.  If your package is stolen after it is scanned in as delivered, we unfortunately cannot take responsibility as the shipping insurance only covers the item while it is within the postal system.  Once delivered it's a matter for you homeowner's insurance.  If you are offered signature delivery and do not accept it, we cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage.  Thanks for your understanding.
