• Processing Time: Orders placed before 8:00 AM CST (Mon–Fri) ship the same business day. Orders placed after 8:00 AM CST ship the next business day.
• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (delivery time starts after 5:00 PM CST on the day payment is received).
• Priority Mail Shipping: 2–3 business days (delivery time starts after 5:00 PM CST on the day payment is received).
• Overnight Shipping: Not available.
• Shipping Restrictions: We ship within the USA only. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 Return Policy – Computer Kings

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must include all original packaging, intact UPC, accessories, and manuals.
• Serial numbers are recorded for verification. Returned products must match the original serial number shipped.
• If the item you received is incorrect, defective, or arrives damaged, please contact us right away through eBay to arrange a return or replacement label.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product, or shipping damage).
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
