🚚 Shipping & Handling

·       Orders are dispatched from Brisbane, Australia, usually within 5 - 7 business days after payment is received.

·       We use Australia Post for all deliveries.

·       Delivery times may vary due to postal delays, weather, or holidays.

·       Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout.

·       Returned parcels due to incorrect address will require additional postage for reshipping.

·       We take care in handling all products, including hygiene and minimal contact during packing.

💰 Refund & Returns

·       Note on Color Variation: The color of essential oils may vary naturally due to factors such as plant species, growing conditions (climate, season, sun, water), plant part used, and distillation or processing methods. These variations are normal and do not affect the quality or effectiveness of the oil. Color differences are not a valid reason for returns.

·       If the received item is damaged, please take photo and contact us within 1 - 3 business days of receiving the product.

·       We are unable to accept returns if you have ordered the wrong item, changed your mind, or found the same product at a lower price elsewhere.

·       Refunds can only be considered if the item is returned in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories intact.

·       All return requests must be submitted via the eBay Returns Centre. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.

·       Return postage fees apply to the buyer or if we need to resend for any particular reason.

·       Returns for change of mind are subject to 20% restocking fee and applicable freight charges.

·       All returns must be shipped with tracking.

·       Refunds will be processed within 5 - 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
