Deliveries are made using vehicles ranging from 7.5T to 18T. If you reside in an area with limited access, please inform the courier or include the information in your delivery instructions at checkout to avoid delays. Please note that our delivery service operates a curbside delivery policy, meaning that the items will not be transported through or to the rear of your property. If you require this additional service, kindly make the necessary arrangements on your end.
Metal & Plastic Garden Buildings
Our metal and plastic garden sheds are carefully packed in boxes and shipped via courier. The courier will arrange collection from our depot and contact you directly to schedule your delivery. Tracking details will also be provided. The number of boxes will depend on your product's specifications, and if you are uncertain, please feel free to reach out, and we'll be happy to confirm the details for you.
Postal Items
Postal items are dispatched on the same working day for orders placed before 4 pm, or the next working day if ordered after 4 pm or on non-working days. All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class and should arrive within 1 to 3 working days.

Will I need to help my delivery driver?
Our drivers DO NOT require your assistance during delivery. They are fully equipped to manage the items themselves. For your safety, please refrain from assisting them, as we are not insured for any customer injuries.
What access is needed for my delivery?
Our drivers are only contracted to deliver to the kerbside. They will not bring any items through your home, although a driver may, at their discretion, offer to take the order further (e.g., to the back garden). If you live in an area with restricted access, please contact us for more information regarding your delivery.
What size vehicle will deliver my order?
We operate 3.5 ton, 7.5 ton, and 17 ton vehicles. Depending on your location and the time of year, your order may arrive on any of these vehicles. If you live in an area with restricted access for larger vehicles, please let us know in advance.

How do I care for my Styrene Windows?
Your Styrene windows are protected by a clear film during transit. Once your shed is installed and treated, the film must be removed. Simply score around the edge of the window and peel off the plastic covering. While our windows are designed to fit securely, natural movement of the timber may cause small gaps over time. To prevent this, we recommend sealing your Styrene windows with a silicone sealant.
What base do I require for my new garden building?
A flat, level base is crucial for the construction of your garden shed. We recommend the following types of bases: concrete, slab paving, ground-level bearers, or a wooden frame. Be sure to check that the base is level in both directions before construction. If the base is not level, the shed may twist or warp due to the natural movement of the timber, so it is vital to adjust the base as needed.
