Delivery options

We deliver from our central warehouse to anywhere within the mainland UK (excluding Gibraltar and British Sovereign Bases Cyprus). We offer two levels of postage on the majority of our products: Standard or Expedited.

Please note: For items to be delivered to Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man there will be a courier surcharge levied. Full details of what this cost will be will be available on the postage selection area of the item page.

How much does it cost to have my item(s) delivered?

We offer two levels of postage on the majority of our products: Standard or Expedited.

In order to benefit from one postage and packaging charge for multiple items, please add items to your basket and pay for all items together.

Please note: Non UK mainland destinations incur surcharges.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Delivery will be determined by what delivery service you select. Full details will be shown on the View Item page.

If you think you should have received your item, fill out our contact us form and we’ll look into it to make sure you get your order as soon as possible.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

No, but we do ship to all addresses within the UK excluding Gibraltar and British Sovereign Bases Cyprus.

Please note: the 'Free Delivery over £30' offer only applies to mainland UK orders. Orders from non-mainland UK locations may be subject to additional postage.

We at Toyota want to make sure your buying experience is what you would expect from the leading global automotive brand. We are proud of our customer service and customers of our eBay store are no exception. So, if you need to return something for whatever reason then there are a few rules you will need to follow so that everything runs smoothly.

There are regulations that protect you and these are called the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Under this law you have up to 14 days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order via the Toyota Official Store. However, we want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase so we offer our customers some additional time in which to cancel their order, which means you have 30 days in total.

What do I do?

If you’re not happy with your order, send us a message through eBay including your VIN details and an explanation of why you would like to return your order, we will find the correct part you need and advise on processing the return, if necessary.

Unfortunately, eBay Terms & Conditions mean we cannot exchange items. Although, we’ll be happy to help you find the compatible part you require and simultaneously arrange a return.

Please be aware of the following points in relation to a return:

  • We need to make sure the item is in a resalable condition so each item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, including any labels and fitting instructions.
  • Please do not post the return until it has been approved by the Official Store Team
  • If the items have been damaged or destroyed, we will not accept the return and you must pay for the cost of the damage. We also reserve the right to reduce the refund amount dependent on the received condition of the returning package.
  • You are responsible for any loss or damage from when your item(s) are delivered to you until they are returned to us. For this reason, please only send items back to us via a trackable postal service.
  • Once posted, please inform us of the correct tracking details so we can confirm receipt of your returning package and refund you in a timely manner.

Refunds

Where appropriate, refunds will be issued within 48 hours upon receipt of proof that the item(s) has been sent back, or when the item(s) itself is actually received back.

Please note: your refund will be issued via PayPal as they are an intermediary for processing payments. Therefore, if you have a PayPal account, the funds shall appear in your PayPal balance instantaneously after the refund has been issued. If you do not have a PayPal account, please allow 3-5 working days for the payment to be pushed through to your bank account.
