This is a 78 Card deck of Tarot cards with guidebook. 

Designs illustrated by Tomas Hijo under the supervision of the wonderful filmmaker Guillermo Del Tore. 

Cards inspired from famous films of Guillermo Del Tore including:  Pan's Labrinth, Crimson Peak, and The Shape of Water. 

I bought this from the original owner who said they were never used but opened. They didn't feel the cards fit them.
