This vintage Goebel figurine from West Germany features a beautiful white cat with striking green eyes. The cat is marked "Boots" adding a unique touch to the piece. Six inches tall.  Good vintage condition.  Marked on bottom and with silver sticker.  Touch of pink on  end of nose and tail.  Red park near ear.  I don't know if this will come off or is a factory flaw.
