Sizing

Delivery

Once an order is placed your item(s) are generally dispatched within 1 working day via the postage method selected during checkout. Standard delivery normally takes between 1-3 days but if not otherwise selected your item should arrive within the estimated delivery date. Wherever possible we provide tracking information which if available is added to your order details upon dispatch. If you require one of our products quickly then do not hesitate to contact us as we can arrange alternative delivery options.

If you have not received your item within 5 days of dispatch please do get in contact with us and we will look into the problem and provide a swift resolution. Please Note: during busy periods (e.g seasonal events) items can take longer to be processed at the post office/parcel shop or delayed in transit. This is a rare occurrence but it can happen from time to time.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: If you would like to make a change or cancel your order may we kindly ask if you could let us know ASAP via an eBay message. Orders are often swiftly dispatched therefore and once dispatched we can not amend your order.

Q: Can I exchange or return my item?

A: If for any reason you would like to return an item we offer returns of up to 30 days of initial purchase as long as the item is unused and returned in the original packaging. Buyer must pay postage. Specific returns information for each item is available on the listing. If you would like to change your item for a different size please message us and this can be easily arranged if available.

Q: Do you post outside of the UK?
