Directions: As a dietary supplement, consume 1 serving (1 scoop) of superhuman pre with 8-10oz of cold water, 20-30 minutes prior to your workout. User may access tolerance by beginning with ½ serving (1/2 scoop) mixed in 4-6 ounces of water if desired. Do not take within 4 hours of bedtime or combine with other products that contain caffeine.

Returns made due to Damaged in shipping or defective product or In-correct product shipped from our warehouse:
