New. Includes 8 bowls, 8 large plates,  8 small plates,  1 oval serving tray, 1 square serving tray, 1 large serving bowl and 8 mugs. I did notice on the inside of one of the mugs, it appears that some paint has somehow wore off. Please see photo.
