This General Radio 1409-R 0.05µF Standard Capacitor is a high stability mica capacitor for use in two or three-terminal reference or working standards in the laboratory. Accuracy is certified better than ±0.1% of the nominal capacitance value (two-terminal) marked on the case. Dissipation factor is less than 0.0003 at 1kHz and 23ºC. Excellent long term stability. Typical capacitors, observed over decades, have shown random fluctuations of less than + 0.01% in  measured capacitance with no evidence of systemic drift.
