I will not ship this computer. It is too heavy. I will be happy to meet in person for the exchange. A great computer for everything. This computer has been amazing. Great for work, school, and light gaming. The screen is very large and is incredibly adjustable up and down, so you can position it how you like.  It has everything built into the base and back, including a hideable Webcam, great speakers, and a VERY large picture. Wireless mouse and keyboard included. Power cables for everything included. Mouse takes two triple A batteries. Keyboard is rechargeable. It has a wireless charger built into the base for your phone. Only issue is the mouse wheel is a little sticky.
