Product Description

This new air conditioning compressor includes a new pre-installed clutch, coil and pulley manufactured and designed to replace the original air conditioning compressor in your vehicle.

Since the AC compressor has added oil sent to you, there is no need to add oil when you use it for the first time. However, it is necessary to add refrigerant, please add about 500g, no need to fill it up. If the refrigerant is added too much, it may make noise, please refer to the model list before purchasing. 1. Before installation, be sure to repeatedly clean the air conditioning system to remove the pipeline and fill the pipeline with cleaning agent. Condenser, evaporator soak for about 20 minutes until the cleaning agent out of the cleaning is clear.
2. replace the drying bottle.
3. Be sure to clean the expansion valve (or replace with a new one).
4. Clean the condenser surface, evaporator core surface. Clean the evaporator filter.
5. check whether the cooling fan is working properly.
6. Install a new machine and fill it with genuine R134a refrigerant.

The system is not clean, will lead to compressor pressure is not loud enough, almost always will lead to premature failure of the compressor. Seriously will lead to compressor pulling cylinder holding dead!
