We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for the
following products: Electrical items, HVAC equipment (including replacement parts)
screen kits, some items have different brands or manufacturer.
PACKAGING
ON SOME ITEMS DO HAVE DAMAGE DUE TO EITHER AGE OR TO SUN EXPOSURE. ALL
ITEMS ARE NEW AND NOT DAMAGED
Refund is void if you have installed, used or
damaged the item in any way. Item must be returned with its original box,
packing materials and instructions (if applicable).
To cancel order or return a product, you must send a message to
Customer Service on eBay. Return shipping
is the responsibility of buyer.

are subject solely to the manufacturers’ warranties.
