Hard cover boards have some surface scratching. A bit of bubbling in fabric in spots. Spine Sunned. Some dark spot stains on fabric. Creasing and fraying in fabric on top/bottom of spine. Small rip in fabric on back board bottom edge. Some bumping on edges. Hinges tight.

Pencil on ffep. Some brown spotting/foxing on fore edge of text block. Pages toned around edges. There was a small bit of some material on the fore edge of pgs 238-239, which caused some staining on the fore edges of these pages, as well as in some other spots (see photos). Binding good. Pages appear clean and clear of highlighting, writing, markings, underlining, or other notable damage or staining.
