OMEGA Seamaster hand made crocodile strap
Single piece custom made watch strap
The first custom made strap sample was made: OMEGA Seamaster Aqua Terra padded black crocodile strap, 24x18mm in width, 73x120mm in length, thick 5.5mm taper to 2.7mm, black stitching, dyed and burnished edges, black calf lining. It fits a 18mm OMEGA OEM buckle.
The second custom made strap sample was made: Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra padded black crocodile (leg skin ) strap, width 19x16mm, length 100x105mm, thick 5.5mm taper to 2.0mm, black stitch, dyed and burnished edges, black calf lining. It fits a 16mm OMEGA OEM clasp buckle.
The selling item is one custom made padded crocodile strap, no including the watch and the buckle/clasp.
No stock, only make to order.
The posting strap sample was sold by way of the custom strap order of my customer. It could be made a new custom strap according to the specification of your custom strap sizes.
For ordering the custom strap, we only need your help to confirm the widths of the strap at both the lug end and the buckle end, and the strap length of both the short end strap and the long end strap (or your wrist size).
The middle layer of all most of the current OEM padded crocodile straps were made of some paper board pad.
But the middle layer of our padded crocodile strap was made of genuine leather board pad . We pare the calf leather to be a curved board pad to produce the middle layer of the padded crocodile strap.
After that, we glue together among the up side crocodile skin, the middle curved calf board pad and the back side calf lining and sew these three pieces together.
Therefore, our padded crocodile strap will be more durable and cheaper than the OEM crocodile strap.
All of my crocodile straps are completely made by hand, made of some pieces of authentic leather ( include the front side crocodile skin, the middle calf pad and the reverse side calf lining ), dyed & burnished edges and hand stitched with waxed natural linen thread.
The natural linen thread has a little fiber. We do not use the the cheap nylon thread. Please take a look at the last photo in which you can see our threads are the best.
The custom crocodile strap has a soft and durable British calfskin lining.
It will be perfectly soft and durable, and will hardly break from the strap holes.
Please take a look at the leather ring ( floating keeper ) in 10th photo.
Each leather rings of our watch straps were made of two layer of leathers which were glued together and sewn very well.
Therefore, you don't have to worry any more about the damage of the leather rings.
