All orders are dispatched from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. We primarily utilise Australia Post for nearly all standard local and international deliveries. However, depending on the dimensions and weight of your order, we may occasionally use reputable alternative couriers to ensure the most efficient delivery possible. If you select the express postage option during the checkout process, the Australia Post Express network is utilised to ensure your parcel reaches you as quickly as possible.

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Standard Post QLD Metro: 2 to 5 Business Days
- Standard Post QLD Regional: 3 to 6 Business Days
- Interstate Metro: 3 to 6 Business Days
- Interstate Regional: 5 to 8 Business Days
- Express Post Australia wide: 1 to 2 Business Days
Handling Time:
We pride ourselves on speed and typically maintain a one business day handling time. While we strive to dispatch every order within 24 hours, please allow up to 2-3 business days during peak periods, extreme weather events, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delayed Deliveries:
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please allow an additional 6 business days before contacting us. This buffer accounts for common carrier bottlenecks and ensures the tracking information has had sufficient time to update. If your parcel still has not arrived after this period, please reach out via eBay messages so we can open an investigation for you.
Faulty Items:
Every item undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our quality control standards prior to dispatch. Despite our rigorous processes, rare manufacturing defects may occur. Should a product be found defective or faulty upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Once the item is returned and the fault is confirmed by our team, the following options are available to the buyer:
- A full refund of the purchase price including return shipping costs
- A replacement product subject to current stock availability
If an item is returned and deemed not faulty following our assessment, the buyer will be responsible for all associated shipping costs. A 20 percent restocking fee will also apply if the buyer chooses not to keep the item.
Non Faulty Items:
We provide refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase provided the item remains in the following condition:
- The product is in brand new condition
- The packaging is unopened and original
- The item is the exact product sold in the original eBay transaction
Change of mind returns, incorrect purchases, or product exchanges will incur a 20 % restocking fee based on the item value. In these instances, buyers are required to arrange and cover the cost of return shipping.
