THIS SCOOTER KIT RUNS IN 48VOLT ONLY- "WILL NOT WORK IN 24 or 36VOLT"--48 VOLT ONLY

You will need a 48v charger , item number - 322690569798 , unless your running lithium or lifepo4 which we suggest only btrpower if your doing lithium or lifepo4.

If your quad 500 already has reverse from the factory then include a note stating that so we put the proper ends on the controller to plug into your factory foward and reverse switch.

This kit fits the standard Quad 500 36v dirt quad IF your overvolting to 48volt and already have 4 batteries in series or a 48v lifepo4/lipo/lithium. This controller does not have wires coming out to go to the 4th battery you must have 48v prior to plugging in the controller.

This kit is to make your razor 36volt dirt quad 500 WITH stock motor run in 48volts for 50% more power    with a nicer throttle and the factory on off switch becomes   your new reverse option, YES with this kit you will have reverse on your dirt quad. Directions explain and its a simple plug n play. You can use lithium/lipo/lifepo4/sla/gel with it.   This controller is much bigger but fits and will need little skill to fit it into place.                         This kit has the ability to ad 48v Tail lights and 48v brake lights as standard options,  we also have a headlight we sell below that has a adapter from it to plug in taillights which means you can have headlight, taillight and brake lights now with my kit because we sell all those items in a plug and play and we have speed reducers that allow you to control the top speed the scooter goes no matter how far the throttle is turned.
