The small bronze figure with black enamel is about 2-1/2" tall x 7/8" wide x 1/2" deep; it is 1/2" diameter at base and weighs 1.3 oz.  The arms are movable - one is holding a sword.  Ahasveros, also known as Ahasuerus, Xerxes I of Persia, or Xerxes the Great.
