This is a rare find, an artist's proof by artist Teresa Farr of Austin, TX. "Cat Voyeurs" was printed in a small run of 30 and this is the artist's proof of that image, dated 1990.
This is signed T. Farr and is in the original frame with the original artist label on the reverse.
NOTE: There is some faint yellowing on the outer edge of the print and there is a smoke odor if you hold it up close.
