• We have policies to support customers in case of errors from manufacturing. However, we DO NOT support in the case that it is an error from the customer (ordered the wrong size of shirt, wrong type, wrong address?)
  
  

• We have one-change-one policy but customers MUST provide the REAL image of the incorrect shirt along with the package's shipping label

There maybe 1-3 cm deviation from size chart in different sizes, locations and stretch of fabrics

Due to different computer monitors/calibrations, colors may vary slightly from photos

Processing and producing time will take 10 days (It may take longer during the holiday seasons)

We will provide tracking information when the package is ready to be shipped.

Timeline:  

Please allow 4-7 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged, and shipped from our facility. 

The estimated shipping time is 7-21 days.
