This lamp has been newly rewired with a 3-way socket and polarized plug. The old one had a big cut and was not safe. I tried to dismantle the socket to keep it on, but was unable to do it. I cut the cord beneath it, and will include it with the lamp, so you will have the original labels. The lamp is made out of resin with a white lacquer finish. There are a lot of edges, which are prone to tiny chips. There are also a bunch of tiny nicks and chips in the base.

The last photo shows the lamp with the shade (16" x 8") it came with. It's unbranded, but could be original. It looks to be about the same age and style as the lamp, made out of thick paper. It is not included with the floor lamp, but I will sell it for $25 plus shipping if the winner wants it. The trim is mostly missing from the bottom edge, and tearing off the top edge.
