General Information
The Sign base is Cut from Matte Black 3mm Cast Acrylic. The Red and White colours are cut from 0.75mm Polypropylene and adhered to the Matte Black Acrylic base using Double-sided Transfer Tape to give the Logo Sign a 3D effect.
Size: Approx 76mm x 60mm (if a different size is required please message us for a quote)
Height: 3.75mm (1 Layer of 3mm Acrylic and 1 Layer of 0.75mm Polypropylene)
Materials: 3mm Cast Acrylic and 0.75mm Polypropylene
Adhesive: Double-sided Transfer Tape with a thickness of 0.127 microns Laser cut to shape (No Glue is used in the making of this Logo Sign)
The Logo Sign comes with a choice of Fixtures:
1. No Fixture on the back
2. Double-sided Transfer Tape pre-installed on the back.
3. 1 x 30mm x 1.5mm Round Magnet pre-installed on the back.
4. 1 x 40mm x 2mm Round Magnet pre-installed on the back.
Magnet Sizes: There is a choice of 2 Types of Magnet, a 30mm Diameter x 1.5mm Height or a 40mm Diameter x 2mm Height. Both Magnet types are strong however the 40mm Magnet is stronger than the 30mm Magnet. In a strength test the 30mm Magnet can hold up 7 sheets of A4 printing paper with a weight of 33grams before starting to slide and the 40mm magnet can hold up 9 sheets of A4 printing paper with a weight of 42grams before starting to slide. Please select which Magnet Type you would prefer to be installed from the Variations box.
Magnet Type: Self Adhesive Magnetic Disc Multi-Pole Indoor Flexible Rubber Pad. A powerful bond is ensured by these magnetic pads. These discs attract to metal surfaces and make them stick tightly without any slippage.
