Overall size is 9 inches H by 6.5 inches wide by 4 inches deep.  Paint is rough but the box itself is very sturdy, Appears to be an FA on the front but I don't believe it is deeply scratched.  On the 7th picture you can see 115 BAS, this is also on the back of the phone.  On the wiring diagram picture it is noted KS&S CO, Chicago and the date 6-15-31
