The original manufacturer of this part is out of business. The part now comes in 2 pieces, (As shown in the 1st and 2nd picture). Instead of the shaft being attached to the Oblong Roller, there is now a pin that fits into the plastic part.. (The 3rd Picture shows what the old style original part looked like).

There are 4 Rollers needed on every futon frame. This FUTON FRAME OBLONG ROLLER/SLIDER/GLIDER/DOWEL HARDWARE PART attaches to the Back Deck of the Futon Frame, and slides in the track of the arm, so that the frame can convert from the Sofa Position, to the Bed Position. These will fit many makes and models of futon frames.
