This device takes a sim card, and has a monthly fee, from the Healthcare Monitoring Provider you choose. The only testing we done, was we turn the item on. No further testing was made. Since we have done a limited test, and do not have the means to activate the device, we are selling the item as is, not working, for parts, or repair.

The EZ Care Plus user’s personal medical profile and provides medication reminders to help people stay on track. It can be paired with a smoke detector, includes fall detection, and does not require a home telephone line when activated. Find out more from your health provider.
