Shipping: Free Standard Ground shipping to the continental 48 states, AK, HI, PR along with other US territories may require additional shipping charges. International buyers please use the shipping calculator or send us a message to get a more accurate rate. Most items are shipped the same day if you order before 2pm ET.
Returns: All of our merchandise is shipped in NEW, unopened boxes. They include all manufacturers warranties. You may return any product in its original condition, unopened & undamaged factory box/packaging within 30 days of receipt of your order. After this time, no returns will be accepted.
All merchandise returned will be subject to inspection, and must not have been installed, and include all original box(es) and packing material. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and re-stocking fee of 25% for ALL BRAND NEW items returned.
If you are shipped a different product than you ordered, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide an RGA number and instructions on how and where to ship the item back. We will pay for the freight back and ship the correct product freight free of charge. Should any product be received with concealed damage, please contact us for inspection, return authorization, and replacement.
