This is a 16cm plate from Limoges, Haviland and Louveciennes.

The Louveciennes series was inspired by the Petit Trianon at the Palace of Versailles, and features blue cornflowers and pink roses, which Marie Antoinette loved.
This is a wonderful series that encapsulates the purity, cuteness, and splendor of Antoinette, who loved the flowers that bloom in the fields.

The pattern is slightly raised when viewed from the side, making it a beautiful, almost unused item that looks brand new.

Even when items in this series are stored unused, if they are not stored properly the gold leaf can oxidize and take on a copper-brown (orange-tinged) color. Copper-brown gold leaf can give the overall impression of being dark, so I choose to purchase beautiful, unused items that have not oxidized.
The gold has not oxidized, so the overall image is bright and it is a very beautiful item.
We often see Schumann Bavaria items with discolored gold painting, and in a similar way, if the storage condition is poor, the gold painting can discolor even when unused.
After purchase, it has been stored in a dark place with as little exposure to light and air as possible.

For example, pots have many gold-painted parts, and in many cases the gold painting on the handles and spouts has turned orange mottled.
