Flipfix Metal Access Panel

The Flipfix metal door, non-fire rated access panel is our most popular dual purpose access panel. The panel can be fitted into either a wall or ceiling and features a metal faced door and 20mm mitreless picture frame. The panel is supplied with a Flush Lock which adds to the sleek clean design of the panel.

The Panel has a 20mm Picture Frame for retrofit and is supplied with a Flush lock and tee key as standard. The panel is non- fire rated. Available in small and large sizes: 150 x 150mm, 200 x 200mm, 300 x 300mm, 350 x 350mm, 400 x 400mm, 450 x 450mm, 500 x 500mm, 550 x 550mm, 600 x 300mm, 600 x 600mm, 900x600mm and 1200x600mm.

Flipfix Easy Installation

Save time and money on fitting as this is the easiest Access Panel to install, no need for a timber surround to screw into. The revolutionary FlipFix device clamps up to plasterboard (please see fitting video above in the images). The FLIPFIX Access Panels come with a unique Fitting Device making it 5 times quicker to fit compared to a traditional panel saving you 80% on fitting costs. You simply just cut, Flip and Fix with drill set to torque level 3.

The FlipFix device easily secures the panel against plasterboard with a thickness from 8mm to 32mm.

Specification

The panel is manufactured from 0.9mm Zintec steel. It has a fully removable door and is powder coated RAL9010 30% Gloss. The door is fitted with a screw pin lock and is lockable using a flush lock.
