Vintage 1950's Japan Ceramic Santa Claus

Bank with Spaghetti and Gold Trim-

Excellent Paint!

Here's a great item for anyone who loves vintage Christmas items. A perfect addition to any collection or a great start to a new collection. Wonderful to add to any vintage holiday display.

The bank is made of ceramic and dates to the 1950's. Made in Japan. Measures just about 6 x 5 x 4 inches in size. Has wonderful detail with lots of spaghetti trim and fired on gold accents. Santa is holding a bunch of holly in his hand and carrying his toy sack. Has a slit for the $$ on the back.

In excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, nicks, repairs, or other damage. Nice glossy surfaces and the paint and the gold trim is super nice with very minimal wear/loss. There is some light surface crazing as would be expected for an item of this type and vintage-mainly on the white of Santa's toy sack. Nothing detracting at all.

Has the remnants of the original foil sticker on the bottom of the bank.

 The stopper is missing. Will still display just wonderfully and a replacement stopper can be easily found.
