If you receive an item that is faulty on delivery, please notify us in writing within 3 working days. The item must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation.
Upon confirmation of the fault, we will issue either a replacement or a full refund using your original payment method. Please note: all returned items will be tested. If an item is found to be in working order, the return will be subject to the standard 15% handling fee, and return shipping costs will remain the buyer's responsibility.
