Central Marine only accepts payments through PayPal.

We only ship within the Continental U.S. and with Ebay's Global Shipping Program.  Central Marine uses UPS Ground on all small shipments

• Tracking is uploaded to eBay once a label has been created.

• Business days are Monday to Friday, not including holidays.

• Pickup is not available. All items must be shipped.

 

Tax

• US Sales tax is charged to orders shipping within the State of Florida and any State that charges an internet sales tax.

• International buyers may have import duties/taxes (see below).

International Buyers

We use eBay's Global Shipping Program for all International orders.

• Items heading outside the USA cannot be used for military or government applications. The seller and marketplace expressly disclaim liability for misuse of its products.

• Shipping prices shown do not include import taxes or customs duties. Contact your country's customs department for more information.

• Items cannot be marked as gift or have a lowered value on the documentation. It is unlawful to forge international documents.

Returns
All returns, replacements, or exchanges are subject to eBay's return policy.

Item must be returned prior to receiving any refund, replacement, or exchanged.

 

Items must be shipped back within 5 business days of requesting the return, replacement, or exchange.

 

Item must be returned in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:

• All original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs

• Accessories such as cords and remote controls

• Certificates, manuals, warranty, and rebate cards

• "Free gifts" or bonus items

• All items included in a bundle

 

Make sure you follow these guidelines. If you don't, you may be subject to a range of actions, including limits of your buying and selling privileges and suspension of your account.

For Regular Returns
You may return an item if you no longer need it or don't want it anymore. Returns are accepted for 30 days after date of purchase. Returns are accepted for on items still in the same condition they arrived in. There is a 15% restocking fee and all shipping costs must be covered by the buyer. To initiate a return, log in to eBay, go to your Purchase History, and use the Return link next to the transaction.

 

For Lost Items, Damage, or Other Problems
If your item was damaged, incorrect, lost, or is missing parts, please send an eBay Message right away. Describe the nature of the problem and its urgency (include pictures if possible). You will be taken care of as quickly as possible and there will never be any additional cost to you.
