Shipping and tracking We will arrange the shipment within 3 days
after confirming the payment and your receiving information (including
your Full name, phone number, address, postal code etc.) is confirmed.
The package is shipped from China
Mainland. We will send you the tracking number for all orders and you
can track the package via the website.
Economy shipping: Speedpak---About 7-20 working days per different countries. Expedited shipping DHL, UPS, Fedex, or others---About 3-10 working days per different countries.
Tips:
We accept returns & replacements
within 30 days from the day the customer receive the products, please
make first contact within 30 days from receiving the order. Products
should be returned in original condition. （If
the customer does not cooperate in verifying whether the product has a
malfunction and still requests a return, we will not provide a return

provide repair within 3 Months from the day when this item is shipped
out, after repair is done, we will send you the item, but the customer

Tip: Cutting Material Types: all
kinds of wood (including walnut, cherry wood and other high-density
wood), MDF, black acrylic board, cardboard, bamboo chips, leather, some
plastic boards, fiberglass board.
Engraving MaterialTypes: all
kinds of wood (including walnut, cherry wood and other high-density
wood), MDF, bamboo, cardboard, plastic, leather, fiberglass board,
aluminum oxide, stainless steel(non-specular surface), ceramics, dark
stone.
Additional Notes: 1. Materials that are not easily oxidized/decomposed/melted at high temperatures cannot be engraved/cut; 2.
All transparent materials cannot be engraved/cut, and white/blue/purple
materials cannot be directly carved/cut except for materials such as
wood, cloth, paper, and leather; 3. Unoxidized aluminum, silver color alumina, copper, silver and gold cannot be engraved; 4. The electroplating material needs to determine the coating composition first; 5. All metals cannot be cut.
