The
fabric upholstered padded headboard wall panels are ideal as feature walls in bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, lounge areas,
hotels, restaurants, cafes etc. The headboard wall
panels have many uses and are the perfect style for this year's design.
Each panel measures 45cm wide by 200cm tall.
For each bedframe size we recommend:
Single- 2 panels
Double- 3 panels
Kingsize- 4 panels (subject to overlapping of your divan base)
Superking- 4 panels or you can add even more to fill your entire wall!
INSTALLATION INFORMATION
These headboard panels are designed to be installed yourself!
They come with a wooden baton that can be screwed to your back wall space and
then the panels can be easily hooked on.
We don't supply the screws/fixings for these panels as they will
need to be purchased according to your wall type. If unsure which screw to use,
we recommend contacting your local joiner to help assist. This is a standard
headboard fitting technique so most tradespeople will be familiar with the
fitting technique.

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
All contact information such as delivery address, telephone
numbers and email addresses must be up to date as this will assist us in
arranging and booking in deliveries.
NOTE: On a standard delivery couriers are not insured to take
goods to the room of your choice because if damage was to occur they would be
held responsible therefore please take this into account.
COURIERS
All of our products are sent with national and specialist
couriers. We use more specialist couriers as handling is better and damage
limitation is reduced as this ensures safe delivery of goods to all customers.
We will always communicate delivery information to all customers prior to
delivery.
2 MAN SERVICE
Bedfirm ltd also offer a 2 man white glove service where the
goods are delivered to a room of your choice along with installation and all
packaging is removed and taken away. This carries an extra charge and is
dependent on your postcode. Please enquire prior to ordering this service.
DAMAGES & RETURNS
We offer a 30 days returns guarantee service and
promise. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product you have received
please inform us explaining your reasons and we will always aim to get this
resolved as soon as possible.
RETURN POLICY ON UNWANTED GOODS
Bedfirm ltd will only
accept returns where there is no damage to the item. The buyer is solely
responsible for the return of the goods where they do not want the item and
will have to pay for the postage of the goods back to Bedfirm ltd. All goods
must be shipped and returned in its original packaging. If for any reason there
is damage and the item has been used or opened we will refuse the return and a
refund will not be given.
RETURN POLICY ON MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS
All made to order products are non-refundable.
RETURN POLICY ON DAMAGES
We clearly stress all customers must inform us of any damaged
items within 24 hours or as soon as the item is received. We will ensure to
deal with all damages swiftly and promptly and come to a resolution quickly.
We ask all customers to send us photographic evidence via eBay informing us of the actual damage to goods received. This will allow us to ascertain the damage and reach a solution swiftly. Where damage has occurred during installation or when the buyer is transporting the goods we will not be held responsible.
