If fitting onto an old painted frame, ensure the surface is clean and suitable for adhesion. Older paints containing lead may affect bonding.
- Clean the frame using the supplied alcohol wipe.
- Ensure the surface is dry and grease free.
- Remove the backing tape.
- Position the brush against the door stop.
- Apply down both sides of the frame.
- Fit across the top ensuring tight corners.
- Allow adhesive to cure overnight for best results.
The seal can be painted after installation (excluding the brush section).
