If you have any issues with the order dispatched, please do not open a case or start a return in the first instance. Message us first and we will resolve the issue faster by re-sending or refunding promptly.

Please allow up to 4 days processing for customisation orders. Plain orders will be dispatched much faster, usually next day.

Products should be untouched and unpacked without tearing the packaging. Torn, used, and opened packaged products will not be accepted.
