The difference between all aluminum radiators and OEM radiators

  • All aluminum radiators are made of aluminum materials.And they use the 2 mm thickness alumimun tank instead of the OE plastic tank up and down.There are 3 benefits for this improvement.
  • It can prevent the caps from burning caused of the agening by pressure and time,all the coolent will outflows once the cap burns in 1 minutes.The headpiece was smoking when the drivers notice it.So they don’t know how long does this headpiece work under the high temperature.(If you meet this situastion,except replace the radiator,you also need check the oil .
  • The exterior has been polished and antiseptic treatment,have the strong durability.Generous appearance,it’s perfect match with silicone pipe,
  • All aluminum radiators often add 24MM-34MM thickness on basis of OE radiators,the design of double rows makes the the radiators higher and fast cooling,(Becasue the normal working temperature is not lower than 85 ℃,usually in 85℃-90℃，it can’t be lower than the normal working temperature,

    • Performance:The outlook has been polished ,and use the antiseptic treatment aluminum alloys.It can obovisly improve the cooling use the increasing the thickness of radiators,the effect will improve 35% ,it can reduce the times of fans and pupms start,it can also aviod the power consumption of the start for fans and pumps.If you drive a long time with the air conditioning on the way,the high speed will not let your water increase,and it can greatly reduce your fuel consumption, enhanced power.
