For your consideration this James Kent Ltd made in England 9 68" Serving Plate in the 'PRIMULA' pattern with gold gilded edges.  I cannot see that this piece was ever used in a serving capacity as there is no surface indicators and appears like new.  It has two scrolled tab handles.  Another lovely piece for your collection!
