Payment

Fees

8.00% sales tax will be applied to California residents.

Shipping

We use UPS, Fedex and USPS for most items. It is always OUR choice for the method. We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes. We NEVER use your account for shipping. All shipping and handling charges must be paid in advance and are never refunded. The shipping amounts listed above are to locations to the 48 states only.  AK, HI, PR and US Military locations will be charged a different rate. Contact us before you bid to get an estimate for shipping and handling if you are outside of the lower 48 US states. 

Delivery

We ship the next business day after payment has been verified. We ship every business day of the week.
Priority Mail usually takes about 2 to 5 Business days from shipment. UPS and Fedex Ground take about 5 business days.  USPS International takes3 to 7 Business days to arrive, also from the date of shipment.

Refunds & Returns

Please contact with the seller by email within 7 days if you need a return. Return item must be in original condition, sent the item back to the address below with a note of information on item number, buyer's name and reason for return. Purchase price will be refund via original payment mode. 30% restocking fee will apply. Shipping cost is not refundable.
