Here is a vintage sport coat by "Clubman" from the 1960s. There is no size tag inside, but it measures most like a 38 or 40 Regular.

100% wool tweed in a striped pattern of green/brown/rust.

Additionally, the quality of the jacket is superb with full canvassing and half lining with mod-look 3 buttons. Three convenient inside pockets.
