This is Waterburys “Tampa” parlor clock. The clock is in an early or original finish. The case is oak and I descent condition. I notice a dry crack in the arch of the back of the clock. It’s not visible from the front of the clock. This one has a nice Victorian pendulum with a signed, and likely original dial. The 8 day movement was wound and chimed when the hands were cycled, but did not run for long. The movement is dirty. It would probably run with oil, but would benefit from a good cleaning. It wasn’t tested for run duration or accuracy and the last service is unknown. The clock came from a collection that was in storage and will probably require a touch of oil or some maintenance. It’s being sold as found for restoration. It’s a larger case, as far as kitchen clocks go and it could make a showpiece in a room. It would polish up well, but if you’re a purist, it looks great as it is. It’s a nice clock with a great pendulum and it’s priced to sell so don’t miss it!
