Q: What animals can this device repel? Can it word on birds?

A: Theoretically speaking, our product can repel all animals,and it has a proven 98.5% success rate against dogs,cats,birds,squirrels,rats,voles,raccoon,foxes and more. Some aggressive animals or birds used to living with human may not feel scared by ultrasound or LED flashing lights,but the optional audible alarm will help on scaring them away.

Q: I installed it my garden yesterday, but I still found some raccoon walked around in it this morning. Does not it work on raccoon?

A: Usually ultrasonic products will not products will not produce instant effect, it may take 10-15 days to deliver the full deterrent effect on some aggressive animals. These animals will feel uncomfortable about the ultrasound from installation but hesitate to immediately leave the places they are used to living in. So we suggest you observe for some more days to see the result.

Q: It worked well for about a month,but stopped working today. Is it defective?

A: If the battery’s power is depleted or working voltage decreased too much,the device also fail to work. So please try turning the device off and leaving it in the sun to charge for 1-2 days. And then test whether it resumes working again.
