Shipping & Handling
- We ship through FedEx Ground/USPS Priority/USPS First Class depending on item to be shipped.
- Handling time is 1-2 business days.
- Weekend (Saturday & Sunday) and all other Federal or State holidays are excluded from business days.
- Expedited services are not available for non-contiguous states of Alaska and Hawaii and all off-shore United States territories and possessions, which include American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- Orders with post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses will be shipped through USPS.
- Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays.
- There will be 20% restocking fee of order total if any item being returned was not defective when buyer received it or being returned for a reason the seller is not accountable for and the return shipping will be paid by the buyer.
- Please note that the transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
- For international buyers; the return shipping will be paid by the buyer in any scenario whatsoever.
