This will be despatched the same working day if ordered before 11am via Royal Mail 2nd class. This does not include Bank Holidays, weekends & the Christmas period. You will be given a tracking number that you can use to track your item. 

We fully comply with the eBay policies. If the item is faulty (apart from the fault listed), we will send a replacement part free of charge. Should you wish to return the product because you have changed your mind, it is your responsibility to pay for this.
