Pectinaze removes pectin in wine must.. This will treat up to 20 gallons of wine and is highly concentrated - only a small amount needed although you cannot overdose. The bottle contains 15ml and contains Glycerol, water, pectinaze enzyme, ammonium sulphate, Potassium Sorbate.
