Spare parts are not included unless required for an alternative build. I check every Lego set, and do my best to make sure every piece is correct and present! If there are any issues, don’t hesitate to get in touch and I’ll sort them out. I strive for accuracy but if there's a discrepancy between the photograph and item title or description, please message me to double check before purchasing!
Some of the Bionicle socket connectors may have a hairline crack at the top, but I ensure that every one holds well. I will not use parts that feel loose, or have that wider crack near the base of the socket which will only get worse over time.
Rubber bands may be replaced with a matched non-Lego equivalent - these are the ones I sell and have many positive reviews! Vintage sets may have required parts replacing with newer equivalent parts. Sometimes these colours don’t match perfectly, particularly the whites which can yellow over time, but I’ll aim to match the replacements as closely as I can, and I’ll always use the vintage colours such as Light and Dark Grey, and not replace them with Light Bluish Grey and Dark Bluish Grey.
I do not retrobrite sun-yellowed parts, I will only replace. I have performed a lot of experimentation with this technique only to find they become yellow again after some time, and don’t want to sell parts where this will happen!
Sets may be sent built or partially built. If you require it to be fully dismantled please leave a note when you place the order. Where possible I’ll try to avoid separating Bionicle ball joints due to their fragile nature.
Standard post for items under £20 does not include full tracking, only delivery notification. If full tracking is required please upgrade the postage at checkout. If you need your order quickly, message me first and we can organise sending it by Special Delivery 9am or Special Delivery 9am with Saturday delivery.
Discounts can often be made when purchasing two or more items, as I may be able to save money on postage fees. Drop me a line for a quote! Packaging details:
• Boxed sets will be placed inside another cardboard box to protect the original box, with extra packaging to fill out space where necessary.
• Unboxed sets will be packed in a resealable plastic bag and placed in a corrugated cardboard box, with extra packaging to fill out space where necessary.
• Minifigs will be sent in a resealable plastic bag and placed inside a padded jiffy bag or a cardboard box. Any accessories will be loose inside the resealable bag or placed inside a separate resealable bag.
• Building instructions will be sent either in cardboard backed envelopes or a corrugated mailer.
• Baseplates will be sent in vinyl mailers with extra cardboard stiffeners to prevent bending.
Items will be usually be sent within 1 working day of payment clearing, cutoff time for postage is "officially" 2pm GMT, but it’s often more like 4pm - if your order arrives after 2pm but while I'm packing orders up I'll probably sort get yours out that day too.
