The listing is for a service to install Tim Worthington's NESRGB board (not included) into an original Nintendo front loader home console that will be sent by the buyer to me which will receive the following refurbishments/services:
**Your Nintendo must be in clean, working condition before sending it to me - please check it before sending. Please remember to send the NESRGB board as well.
1) Will be serviced with Tim Worthington’s NESRGB kit, board is not included, using a SNES style multiout to output RGB (either TTL Csync or TTL pass-through (75 ohm terminated) Csync, as well as S-Video & Composite video.
2) The original 7805 voltage regulator will be replaced with a brand new 7805 voltage regulator for optimal performance.
3) The lock-chip will be disabled.
4) Greg Collins' SNES style multi out (included) will be used as the video and audio output.
5) LED service color choice: white, blue, slow- rotating RGB, orange, purple or green.
6) If you have NESRGB version 1 or 2, you can choose your palette choice from Firebrandx’s palettes; 3-position toggle switch will be installed. If you have NESRGB version 4+, you can have the same switch installed or the wireless option that is available for IGR and the six palettes.
7) All electrolytic capacitors in the RF module and the motherboard will be replaced with quality Nichicon and Panasonic branded capacitors.
8) Expansion audio, using Voultar’s board and Firebrandx’s NESRGB audio mix, will be used.
Console will be tested using fully shielded with either TTL or TTL pass-through (whichever you have chosen) SNES Csync scart cables with the OSSC upscaler, as well as HD Retrovision SNES component cables. SNES S-Video and composite cables will also be used if you have chosen to have them modded to the multi out.
